Terms and Conditions

ALL RENTALS ARE 24 HOURS (not subject to 360 camera booth). ALL DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE BUT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF ANY EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN. ANY DAMAGE, LOST, OR STOLEN EQUIPMENT WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER. DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED AND CHECKED.

The customer, must agree with the following statements:

• This rental equipment will be received in good condition and must be returned in the same condition. Customer must agree to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor for all damages to rental equipment.
• Equipment must not be loaned, sublet, or otherwise depose of equipment or use at any other location.
• There are no warranties of merchantability or fitness either expressed or implied. The person/s or organization renting equipment will be held responsible and liable for any and all damages or injury occuring for any reason whatsoever.
